Fast service and good quality
My first order was Monday 11 July. Parcel delivered by Royal Mail on 13th I am impressed by fast service and fhe packaging was eco-friendly paper.
I usually buy a similar product from a well-known high street chemist but they have been out of stock for weeks now. I'm pleased I used Sockshop as they were cheaper, and are better quality.

Team members
Met some of the sock shop team members this weekend at a podiatry conference. They were genuinely lovely, helpful, knowledgeable and professional and a credit to the company.
Many of my colleagues also shopped there and felt the same.
The knowledge and empathy about patients needs was also very good.

Very poor quality socks
Very poor quality socks. At first they are comfortable but they are so thin that they wear through within weeks. They’re so thinly made that when I went to darn them I realised that it was pointless because the whole heel and toe is thin and holes developing.
Edit in response to seller comment: This is a typical templated response. Please explain how you plan to rectify a poorly made product? This isn't a simple quality of control of one item, I have had multiple socks from the sockshop and these bamboo ones are very thin.
The bamboo socks poor quality.
The bamboo socks are so comfortable, but within a very short period of time they fall to pieces, I thought it was just me, but my daughter has recently bought some & already falling to pieces. It's OK saying return & get a refund, it's not a refund I want, I want socks of quality that will last months not weeks.

Total waste of money
Bought some red bamboo socks (in TK Maxx rather than on Sockshop website, but clearly have SockShop on the soles). Look absolutely great when new and feel quality, but first pair wore holes in the very first day I wore them. Total waste of money. Such a shame as I love the bright red colour and soft, but thick, feel to them. Other socks using the same feet and same shoes have not done this, so the problem is the socks.
A big shout out to customer service
I want to give a big shout out to The Sock Shop and particularly David Rigby of customer services.
I have a profoundly autistic adult son with a severe learning disability who struggles to understand the world around him.He has a love of Wild Socks in particular a certain pattern and certain colours. I have bought many pairs of this sock but alas it has now gone out of production.He was distraught as I was unable to replace the last worn out sock.I sent an SOS to The Sock Shop on the 2nd May to ask if they could source any of this sock. This matter was resolved by 11 May and I was sent the last ever pair of this sock together with replacements of a similar pattern and colour which will enable us to slowly introduce him to other variations.
I was completely overwhelmed by this fast acting demonstration of kindness and understanding.A problem which seems so banal was actually causing him genuine anxiety.
I checked to see which charity Sock Shop Partnered with and have pledged donations to YMCA and Depauls for youth homelessness as a thank you.

Very poor quality.
Socks are really comfortable but the quality is dreadful. I ordered trainer socks that developed a hole after ONE day. Another pair of regular bamboo socks have a hole in the heel after 2 months. Really disappointing.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Ordered kids Smooth toe seams bamboo socks in 3 different colours. I had purchased a lot of these 2 years ago as my son has sensory needs. We’re now on our last pair so decided to order some more, along with some other colours. Received my order the white and blue are the same look and feel of the old ones the grey ones however are completely different even though they are the same composite and I ordered from the same part of the website as the other just selected a different colour.
Called ‘customer service’ the lady I spoke to was unhelpful and had no knowledge on the product. Emailed customer service no help there just told to return them as all the grey stock will be the new lazy panda label. No effort in trying to help with a resolution. Asked why the grey aren’t the same as the white, got no reply. Will not be purchasing from this company in the future.
Edit: I’d just like to add the replies from the company to the bad feedback on this site speak for themselves.
TWICE the delivery of my order failed
I was really excited for the socks to arrive after ordering them on April 5. It was supposed to be for my fiancé's birthday. I waited for about 10 days since I live in the Netherlands and decided to ask customer service to help me know it's delivery status. On April 18, I was told, 'due to Easter holidays, expect delay..etc'. I was like 'Ok, I understand'. Today is May 1. Still no socks :( My mistake for thinking it will only take about 2 weeks
Edit: They are re-sending my order.
Email was sent and a refund has been initiated.
A suggestion to please try and figure out why it's not getting here in 10 - 14 days(Mine never even arrived, not the first or the second time) and please add a disclaimer on your website, something like -> May take much longer due to current situation or circumstances
This way, some of us who expect things to show up on time with some buffer will look for maybe a different store. Those who don't care won't end up upset.
Too bad my fiance could not try out your products. They look really stylish.

Really pleased with my new socks, no seams and they so comfortable, and perfect delivery by Royal Mail, arrived on day day they specified by

'6-11' are far too big for size 8 :(
Bought first socks from this company, for size 8. Listing said fits 6-11.
They were far too big, heels came 3" above my ankles. Couldn't return them as packaging in the bin.
Socks are now in the bin also :(
Great service
Great service, fast delivery, Socks as described and are of a good quality. They wash well and do not lose shape or colour.

Great service. Socks ordered Monday evening and delivered Weds morning. Item as described. Can't comment on product yet but very happy with service received from online store.
Great boxer’s poor socks
I ordered three pairs of bamboo boxers and 6 pairs of bamboo trainer socks. Delivery was great, boxers are lovely and comfortable however the socks although they are lovely and soft they don’t stay up and I have to keep taking my shoes off to pull them back up and two pairs already have holes and have been binned so not impressed
Let down by slipper sock sizing!
Brilliant socks and quick service
BUT
Slipper socks tiny! 6-8.5 Tavi chloe doesnt even fit size 6 slim foot. Will save for granddaughter with little feet but what a shame!
